How do I book?

Send your dates on WhatsApp to +91 89434 67393, call us, or email connect@bellevuehomestay.com. We'll confirm availability and the rate, and let you know how to pay the advance. You can also book through Booking.com, Airbnb or MakeMyTrip, but booking direct costs less.

How much does a stay cost?

A room for two usually starts at around ₹5,000 a night. The exact rate depends on the season, the room and whether you want meals included, so send us your dates and we'll quote. Booking direct by WhatsApp, phone or email is cheaper than booking through a travel website.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 12 noon and check-out is by 11 am. If your flight or train arrives early or leaves late, tell us and we'll do what we can.

Where exactly is BelleVue Homestay?

On the bank of the Korapuzha river at Olloorkadav, Ollur Kadavu Road, Kunnathara PO, Koyilandy, in Kozhikode district, Kerala 673620. That's about 26 km north-east of Kozhikode (Calicut) city, 11 km from Koyilandy railway station and 49 km from Calicut International Airport. The Google Maps pin is accurate; the last kilometre is a village road, so call us if you're unsure.

Are meals included in the room rate?

It depends on the plan you choose. You can book a room only, add breakfast, or take full board with lunch and dinner. Ask for the plan you want when you send your dates and we'll include it in the quote.
